Stacy Smith (MSN, APRN, FNP-BC) is a board certified and licensed Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). She is a Behavioral Change Specialist (BCS) through The National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). Stacy is also a board certified Radiologic Technologist in Radiology, Mammography, and Computed Tomography through The American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).

Stacy’s previous experience in Radiology led her to pursue the preventive side of healthcare. She is passionate about changing lifestyle to improve quality of life through preventive care, weight management, hormone replacement therapy, nutrition, and exercise.

Stacy combines evidence based practices with a holistic/functional view of healthcare to promote wellness and improve quality of life. Stacy earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from Belmont University. In addition, she has completed the Real World Nurse Practitioner Lab Review, the Master Blood Chemistry with Em (MBCE) Functional Blood Chemistry Lab Review as well as hormone training through the International association for physicians in Aesthetic Medicine (IAPAM) and The Hormone Health Institute (HHI). She has completed Botox and Filler injectable training through The Injectable Academy. Stacy has a certification in nutrition through the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA). Stacy believes in continual learning to help others optimize their health.

She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP), American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M), American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT), and The American Society of Radiologic Technologists (ASRT). She volunteers with The Next Door Recovery in Nashville to help empower women to overcome addition and optimize their health.
